Is this something that the LSC preferred because they would be happier supporting learners in the 'public' sector rather than have to contribute further funding to private companies to support the learners within C&amp;C.  Nothing is very transparent so I guess we are all speculating.  Lets hope the learners get the right deal.

I would like to know what really went on in the demise of the compnay and the unseemly sell off of the parts of the company.&lt;/p&gt;
