Strange that it is a College that has bought a large part of the C&C business. Is this something that the LSC preferred because they would be happier supporting learners in the 'public' sector rather than have to contribute further funding to private companies to support the learners within C&C. Nothing is very transparent so I guess we are all speculating. Lets hope the learners get the right deal.
